1. About the agreement

Together with MJP, which provides operation & management service of coin-operated parking facilities including multi-storey parking facilities and comprehensive parking related consulting service, we will implement high-quality operations to ensure that visitors of F Village can have a safe and comfortable parking experience at F Village. By combining the know-how accumulated by MJP with the urban development and real estate expertise of the Mitsubishi Estate Group, we will contribute to the digitalization of parking management and next-generation urban development within the area. Through the parking management solution under this agreement, we will also contribute to realizing F Village's goal of creating a community where people of all ages can gather and of creating a sustainable town through co-creation.

2. Features

- Designed with safe and smooth striping and traffic flow layouts

The parking lot will be designed to be suitable for the entrance to F Village, with a perimeter road inside the perimeter road to reduce road traffic load, and a safe traffic flow design with minimal pedestrian and vehicular intersection.

- A new parking experience through state of the art technology

By linking vehicle number recognition using high-performance AI cameras with the parking lot reservation system, we will be able to forecast road congestion on each game day. We will notify users of the forecast and encourage nonstop passage through entrance and exit gates to provide a stress-free parking experience.
